Carbonated beverage rising filling capping 3 in 1 machine
1.This kind of complete set of gas drink filling machine combines washing,filling and rotary capping functions in one unit,is a fully automatic and high efficiency liquid packing equipment.
2.It is suitable for packing beverage containing gas drink . Its performance is as following all parts,for instance, filling valve, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel or harmless material. So it conforms to the requirements of Food sanitation from JST company . Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high temperature.
3.Using programmable controller to realize fully automatic control from bottles entering to finishing packing, Using transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate the machine easily to suit different power requirements, Adopting equal pressure filling principle and current spring valves in order to assure beverage quality, Using advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap-screwing torque, in order to assure capping quality

3. The working process
The bottle enters into the rinsing part of three-in-one machine through air conveyor. The gripper installed on the rotary disk catches bottle and turns it over 180 degrees and makes the bottleneck face ground. In the special rinsing area, the nozzle on the gripper sprays juice to rinse bottle inwall. After rinsing and draining, the bottle turns over 180 degrees along the guide rail and make the bottleneck faces sky. Then rinsed bottle is transferred to the filling part through poking bottle starwheel. The bottle that enters into the filler is hold by neck holding plate. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. It adopts equal pressure filling way. The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches thebottleneck, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling, the full bottle is transferred to the capping part through hold neck transition poking wheel. The stop screwing knife holds the bottleneck, keeps bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping head keeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging through the action of the cam. The full bottle is transferred to bottle outlet conveyor to the next process through starwheel. The whole machine is enclosed with windows, the height of enclosed window is higher than the peak of the 3 in 1 machine, in the bottom of the enclosed window has return air outlet.

-Rotative rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers.
-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
-After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.

-The star-wheels drive the bottles always "by the neck" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.
-Product bowl is to reduce the loss of heat.
-If the temperature is low than the setting value, the filling valves will stop and return the last beverage in filling valve to recycle tank and return to UHT again to sterilize with pump.

-The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads.
-The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.
